Nearly seven acres, 28,000 m², of manicured grounds behind secure gates. Two private wells plus municipal supply, all double filtered, backed by 40,000 gallons in storage, with underground irrigation across the whole property.

The outdoor kitchen carries twin wood-fired pizza ovens, an Argentinian grill, a smoker, a wok burner and its own sink, connected to the indoor kitchen by a hidden service window. The pool rancho has a full wet bar, a weatherproof 4K television and changing rooms with hot showers.

Systems and security

Two emergency generators, an inline UPS and an automatic transfer switch mean an outage passes unnoticed. Fibre and CAT6 run throughout, with Luminet and Starlink failing over automatically. A Crestron system runs lighting, music, video and security from dedicated server and utility rooms.
